📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please note:
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or sale events.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
🌍 Shipping Times
Because we partner with global fulfilment teams, shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom & Ireland: 5-7 business days
Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days
Rest of World: 10–25 business days
These are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or courier delays.
🚚 Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided whenever available. Some carriers may take 2–5 days to update tracking information after dispatch.
🌐 International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our prices.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees.
📬 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery and are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors.
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost:
We will assist in contacting the carrier
Replacement or refund decisions will follow the carrier’s investigation
Please allow extra time during holidays or global shipping disruptions.
❗ Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
