At Urban Edge & Co, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

🛍️ Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@urbanedgeandco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return

We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed to your original payment method

  • Issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • We will assist in tracking the shipment

  • Replacement or refund decisions will follow the carrier’s investigation outcome

Please note that shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues are outside our control.

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Final‑sale items
